We hire across the full spectrum of design, art and animation, from product and UI/UX designers to 3D artists, animators and creative directors. Our focus is on creative roles, but we can also support other hires if they align with your team’s needs.

We currently provide recruitment services across the UK and Europe. While most of our work focuses on creative talent within these regions, we can also assist with international searches on request.

Our fees range from 15% to 20% of the candidate’s first-year salary, depending on the role and the complexity of the brief. There’s no cost to get started, and you only pay once we’ve successfully placed your new hire. All fees and terms are agreed up front during our initial conversation to make sure everything is clear from the start.

We include a tiered rebate period in our agreement for additional peace of mind. If a placement doesn’t work out within the agreed timeframe, we’ll refund part of the fee or help find a suitable replacement at no additional cost.

While timelines can vary depending on the complexity of your role, once we’ve completed a kickoff meeting and confirmed your brief, we move fast. We aim to have your first qualified profiles ready to review within seven working days, so you can start meeting candidates within the first week of the search.
